For at least two years, Elderlink Companion Care, Inc. was the primary provider of 24-hr care for my mother. My mother was becoming more and more physically incapacitated but her mind remained strong, so she expressed constant frustration with her physical disabilities.
We had tried several different home-care agencies before calling on Elderlink. Their management style was far more properly-structured and responsive than other agencies we had used.
Elderlink was most always able to rotate in caregivers. My mother adopted the “revolving door” approach – not willing to put up with most of the people who were sent over; not being an accommodating sort to begin with. At her age (late eighties), my mother was used to being her own boss and doing things JUST SO. Needless to say, most caregivers didn’t pass muster but Elderlink never stopped trying to find the right fit, never stopped being unfailingly polite and didn’t flinch when at one point they told me “we’ve tried everyone we have – here are some recommendations for other agencies.”
When those agencies were tapped out, Elderlink came to my rescue again.
At the end, my mother had three of the most wonderful women available caring for her 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Those women made all the difference in the world to me, my family and especially my mother. If it were not for Elderlink and their crew, my mom wouldn’t have been cared for nearly as well. They went way above the call of duty for what they did for my mother.
To anyone seeking quality in-home assistance for a friend or relative, I would recommend Elderlink Companion Care above any other agency in town.

Since my family and I live out of town, we are not able to look after mother's needs on a day-to-day basis. We know that Elderlink will provide competent, consistent care and keep us posted about changes. Without Elderlink, my family feels the only alternative would be a nursing home. Thank you!
